Ordering a Test Kit
Welcome and thank you for your interest in ordering Alletess Medical’s Test Kit.

You can order a test kit from your home computer. Follow the simple guidelines and we will ship the kit directly to you.
  1. Please fill out the order form and the address where you would like the kit to be shipped. There is a $10.00 fee for the test kit. Click the "purchase" button and you will be taken to our secure online form to submit your credit card information.
  2. You will receive your test kit in 7-10 business days via Priority Mail.
  3. A licensed healthcare provider can order the testing. An MD or DO in all 50 states and DC, ND and others based on state regulations.
  4. Bring the test kit to your healthcare provider to have your blood drawn. From one tube of blood we can test for many different allergies and sensitivities.
  5. The test kit contains a FedEx Lab Pack to ship the specimen to Alletess Medical Laboratory. For U.S. residents, all shipping and handling is paid by Alletess.
  6. Once testing is completed the test results will be sent to your healthcare provider.
